Rahman has experience in Audit and Tax covering a wide range of industries. Rahman is Master of Commerce Graduate and Accredited Tax Practitioner for Income Tax and GST from SCTP (Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals). Rahman started his career in this industry since 1992 and having more than 25 years of experience with SMEs in various industries including, Trading, Services, Finance, Solicitors, Shipping and Manufacturing industries. He also possesses over 25 years of Company Secretarial Expertise, serving large clientele both international and local.

Mr. Akber Ali (Managing Director)

Mr. Akber Ali is the managing partner of Akber Ali & Co and managing director of AAA Assurance PAC, Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant firms. He is also a consultant to the BSH Group of Companies. He possesses more than 30 years of professional experience, with more than 20 years on his own serving clients in the areas of Audit, Corporate and Personal Taxation, Business and Management Consultancy and Corporate Secretarial. He has served clients from diverse industries such as hospitality, property development, electronics manufacturing, marine, transportation, solicitors, publishing, food and beverage, trading among others.

He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (Australia), and is a Practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He is also an Approved Company Liquidator, Singapore.

Ms. Rashida Begam (Accounting Supervisor)

Ms Rashida Begam is the Accounting Supervisor of BSH Consultants Pte Ltd. She is responsible for financial reporting functions for her diverse international and local clientele. She and her team further ensure the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and controls over regulatory, statutory and financial reporting of her clients.

As the leader of the team, she takes on supervisory and training roles towards her fellow subordinates. She also possesses more than 6 years of audit and corporate tax experiences in diverse industries.

Holding a 2nd Class Honours in Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, she also has Specialist Certificate in Taxation from Association of Taxation Technicians Singapore Limited (ATTS).

Meng Choo (Tax Senior)

Meng Choo is a Tax Senior with more than 15 years professional experience in providing tax services across a wide range of industries such as manufacturing, investment holding, trading, and shipping companies.

She is experienced in tax compliance matters such as preparation of tax computation, Form C filing, Estimated Chargeable Income filing and withholding tax filing. She also assists companies in applying Certificate of Residence, dealing with tax queries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and performing tax planning for maximum tax-efficiency.

She also manages fees negotiation and clients’ enquiries ensuring clients’ expectations are met.

Faslinda (Audit Assistant Manager)

Faslinda is an Assistant Audit Manager with 8 years professional experience in external financial audits, corporate tax matters, accounting services and financial advisory services.

She has significant experience in planning, execution of audits and managing audit of large privately held companies in Singapore

In addition to her audit portfolio, Faslinda has engaged in non-audit assurance engagement such as agreed-upon procedure

Her past experience was with the Big 4 as well as Local audit firms and clients’ included multi-national corporations with operations around the world.

Kenny is an Audit Assistant Manager with more than 10 years professional experience in providing audit services servicing clients across a wide range of industries.

He has experience in whole audit process which include management of client’s expectations, issues and challenges, fee negotiation, budget estimation based on current resources, establishing audit approach, monitoring and adjusting the progress of team members toward the completion, review work of team members, review the reports prepared by the client, communicating with partner for the job progress/issue, taking full ownership of the jobs until archiving, delivering constructive feedback to team members during the job and upon completion, networking in asset management community.

Shameen (Audit Partner)

Shameen is an Audit Partner with 10 years professional experience in providing audit services servicing both local and multinational clients across a wide range of industries.

He has significant experience in planning, executing and managing audits of large privately held companies in Singapore which has entailed coordinating audits carried out by a number of non-member offices in the region and dealing with challenging accounting issues.

In addition to his audit portfolio, Shameen has advised large audit engagement teams on the interpretation of auditing standards and their application to complex audits.

His past audit experience was with the Big 4 as well as Mid-tier audit firms and his clients’ included companies listed in Qatar, Singapore and multi-national corporations with operations around the world.

Suhaidah Banu (Audit Assistant Manager)

Suhaidah has over 10 years of audit experience mainly providing assurance services to multinational corporations, and small and medium enterprises. She has also served clients in a diverse mix of industries such as trading, construction, property development and retail. Her audit clients include operations in overseas, such as Malaysia, China and India. She has completed her ACCA certification and is a fully qualified member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).

Wee Keong (Audit Manager)

Wee Keong has more than 15 years of professional experience in providing audit services servicing both local and multinational clients across a wide range of industries.

He has a significant experience in planning, executing and managing audits of small and medium privately held companies in Singapore and dealing with challenging accounting issues.

He is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has a Bachelor of Accounting degree.
